Mabuhay! This Tagalog class is just as fun, interactive, and engaging as all my other classes. It is designed for students who prefer live, private 1-on-1 instruction instead of a group class. You will receive the attention and personalized lessons you need to practice Tagalog with me and to develop the skills to speak and understand Tagalog. Each lesson is intended to help students grow in their Tagalog acquisition skills. When learning a language for the first time, it is important to hear and identify sounds well. No matter what level a student is at, I will take the time to go through some basics and fundamentals so they can have a strong foundation. Then, we can continue to build on that as we progress through the lessons. Lessons will include: Introduction and Greetings, Ang Alpabeto, Mga Bilang, Mga Kulay, Tungkol sa Akin, Mga Hilig Ko, Gusto at Ayaw, Ang Pamilya Ko, etc We will work on vocabulary, sentence construction, pronunciation, grammar, and fun Filipino expressions. Each lesson comes with a handout and a worksheet for extra practice at home.
